As the largest telecommunications company in the country, with over 3,000 employees spread across the country, BH Telecom faced complicated process communication and document management challenges. Before the implementation of the OWIS system, we spent a significant amount of time on the administration of the flow of documents through the organization, which slowed down our operations.
The start of our digital transformation with OWIS involved the implementation of seven key processes, including general mail, incoming invoices, and business travel and vacation process tracking with all information about the same. Today, thanks to OWIS, we have over 30 processes integrated into the system. OWIS enabled us to integrate documents, information, flows and other systems, effectively orchestrating the entire work process within the company.
One of the biggest advantages was the elimination of paper flow in our internal communication.
